INDEPENDENT LABORATORY FINDINGS FOR ARSENIC LEVELS IN GERBER APPLE JUICE
This week, Dr. Oz reported that several leading brands of apple juice, including Gerber, contain concerning levels of arsenic.

The following table (view attached document) shows that independent tests conducted by the Gerber, and the FDA, found significantly lower results than those presented on the Dr. Oz show. In one case, independent results from the very same bottle of apple juice Dr. Oz tested show arsenic levels significantly lower than what was communicated.

Dr. Oz contends apple juice should be held to the same arsenic levels established for drinking water. The regulatory limit for arsenic in drinking water is 10 parts per billion (ppb). These test results show Gerber Apple Juice is within the acceptable range established for drinking water.
